Protect our Winters (POW) - NGO Partnership Management

Throughout my time in POW, I launched a partnerships strategy that prioritised community based connectivity via financial and cultural partnerships; during this time POW rapidly scaled it's partnerships program and volunteer network. Resulting in the considerable 5-figure partnerships for this grassroots climate advocacy NGO group.

Partners included Arc'teryx, North Face, Bright Brewery, Multi-National Ski Tour Groups, Multinational Ski Safety Associations and University Ski Associations.

This professional experience has shown me the importance of community and connectivity within positive societal change. In which throughout POW partnership developments, the importance of high value, personal networks have been highlighted, alongside the importance of ethics and "doing the right thing" when it comes to corporate positioning.
