Personal Reflective Ethics Essay

In our course on Professional Values, Ethics, & Attitudes, my understanding of ethics, initially seen as a simple set of rules, was deeply challenged and expanded. Through exploring philosophical standpoints and ethical theories, such as Utilitarianism and Deontological ethics, my perspective shifted. I began to see the complexity of ethics in business, moving beyond my early focus on utilitarianism to appreciate the richness of moral philosophy. This journey has reshaped my future approach to ethical dilemmas, encouraging a broader, more considered world view on "goodness" in business, relationships and broader society.
